Before you get in touch

Can I choose tenant placement or ongoing management?

Yes. Tell David whether you need help finding a tenant, managing an existing tenancy, or both. He will discuss the service scope and fees with you.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

The city or neighbourhood, property type, current occupancy and your preferred start window are useful. You can leave these optional fields blank if you are still exploring.

Can my Realtor introduce me?

Yes. Your Realtor can share the rental management page, or introduce you after obtaining your permission to share your contact details.

Does submitting this form start management?

No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Service scope, fees and a written management agreement are reviewed separately before management begins.
